Cutoff for Same Day Setup: 2:00 pm*

*Large volume or composite samples may require additional processing time which could delay same-day setup

Samples for testing can be sent with a Sample Submission Form to the address at the top of the page.

Samples will be accepted during business hours, however, any samples received after the same day cutoff time will be set up based on time allowed or will be held until next business day.
