The Problem

We realize that it may not be convenient or necessary to have all employees receive Certified Food Manager training.  However, this training contains such important information for all food handlers to have. 

In a busy work atmosphere, some critical information may not be relayed effectively during new employee training.  In addition, employee turnover may make it difficult to maintain a Certified Food Manager who is continuously training in new employees or put undue pressure on the CFM in addition to his/her other duties.
