Dr. Larsson brings to MarketFresh over 10 years of experience with food processors and retailers. She also has extensive experience in both food and medical microbiology research and has authored and coauthored several publications and presentations in these fields. Her experience with implementation and maintenance of Good Laboratory Practices ensures that MarketFresh customers will receive accurate results that are validated by the internal QA procedures in place at MarketFresh.

Microbiological Testing
